This priority includes data and intelligence relating to the Children’s services workforce in London.
Children’s service workforce
This dashboard uses the Children’s Services Social Work Workforce as its data source. This return is collected in October & November each year about the social care workforce in the previous 12 months up to and including the 30th September. This dashboard aims to provide information on the workforce trends to inform London’s workforce strategy. It will also show us if the measures put in place to achieve those strategic ends are working, as well as inform us of new and emerging issues.
Educational psychologists workforce
This dashboard uses data from the School workforce in England census, specifically the number of educational psychologists employed centrally by local authorities. The data covers educational psychologists who:
- have a current contract, for 28 days or more, with the LA on census day or
- are employed at the LA for 28 days or more via a current service agreement with another LA or agency on census day.
This dashboard aims to provide information on the workforce trends to inform London’s workforce strategy. It will also show us if the measures put in place to achieve those strategic ends are working, as well as inform us of new and emerging issues.
