Membership eligibility
Membership is open to managers or senior staff responsible for children’s homes within London boroughs.
Management and Governance
The network is governed through LIIA (London Innovation and Improvement Alliance) by a Steering Committee composed of elected members from participating Local Authorities.
The Steering Committee oversee the network’s activities, including setting agendas, organising events, and managing resources.
LIIA facilitate the network having a direct line of communication to the Association of Directors of Children’s Services (ALDCS) in order to contribute to policy priorities and developments.
When do we meet?
Quarterly meetings are held to discuss relevant topics, share updates, and collaborate on initiatives.
