Waltham Forest Pan-London Data Tool

A data tool to provide insight into the impact of multi-agency adolescent safeguarding.

Background

As part of the DfE Recovery Fund LIIA and Waltham Forest were awarded funding to develop a data tool to provide insight into the impact of multi-agency adolescent safeguarding.

Waltham Forest have now successfully developed the data tool, which incorporates a range of police and LA data to provide a dynamic view to inform decision-making at risk management panels and to better understand the impact of multi-agency risk and safety planning. It is intended that the tool (a Power BI dashboard), and the data model and dataset format which support it, will be made available so that it can be adopted by other LAs.

Waltham Forest will provide a demonstration of the adolescent risk data tool and we will alert you to the opportunity to sign up as soon as we have them.

Project Goals

The work being undertaken by Waltham Forest is part of a wider project to build a pan-London adolescent safeguarding dataset which is being taken forward through the LIIA Child Level Data Project and with the London Safeguarding Children Partnership executive.
