To support the embedding and implementation of Your Choice, delivery sites are required to complete a Partnership Agreement.
The Your Choice Central Team undertakes to support fidelity through the provision of:
- Registration for clinical lead training resources
- Train the trainer cycle per 4 clinical leads (group, 2 days)
- Train the trainer observation session (in person)
- Registration for practitioner resources & updates
- Your Choice Clinical Lead Network and training access
- Certification of Your Choice coaches (Your Choice practitioners)
- Training in new modules
- Refresher training if resources updated and materials updated in accordance with new and emerging evidence & practice
- Your Choice Community of practice membership for all clinical leads & coaches (events free unless ticketed)
- Quarterly newsletter
The Local Authority undertakes to support fidelity through the provision of:
- Senior decision maker sign-off
- Nominated key personnel including identification of suitably qualified Your Choice Clinical Lead and Your Choice Trainer (it is recommended that the Trainer and the Clinical Lead are the same person but recognise that this may not always be possible) and designated safeguarding lead
- Agreement to enable the training, supervision and delivery of Your Choice within the minimum standard including log book submissions
- Ensure Your Choice training and practice is integrated withi local practices and is underpinned by local policies and protocols including Equal Opportunities and safeguarding practices
- Submission of an Annual Your Choice Report to reflect and share learning and practice from the training and programme.
